…was the winner of the Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker’s Award in 1999. The film was written and directed by Fredrick Johnson while he was completing the MFA in Cinema Production at the University of Southern California. Through Thick and Thin stars Jack Axelrod and Sammy Shore and it was produced by Sara Rashad, photographed by John Ealer, edited by Temple Brown, and the production was designed by Amy Gray. The film was shot at the historic Warner Grand Theater in San Pedro, California.
